Mac Beth Essay

Some say William Shakespeare is one of the greatest dramatists known to man, a strong argument can be made, in my opinion. Shakespeare was able to write in such a unique way that was like a foreign language. Shakespeare wanted people to enjoy his stories, his way of writing only made his works more intriguing. Shakespeare chose his destiny, from two roads he chose the one less traveled. Sacrificing his own family, Shakespeare followed his ambitions to become a great dramatist. Who know if we would have the pleasure of reading Mac Beth if Shakespeare did not make the great sacrifice he made.
Mac Beth is like a puzzle that cannot be solved. Shakespeare created a significant amount of suspension, leaving us confused at times. An important factor that had caught my eyes was the use of the supernatural throughout the story. In the tragedy Mac Beth we see how the supernatural affects both Mac Beth and his wife. At some point they lose sanity of what is real and what is not. The supernatural has the ability to drive us crazy, making us do things unconsciously.
In the tragedy Mac Beth we saw how the supernatural drove Mac Beth insane. The witches prophecies convinced Mac Beth that he was destined to be king. Once this idea had sunk in his head, he would do anything to make it happen, even if it meant acting barbaric. His ambition to become king led him to first murder King Duncan. Right before Mac Beth killed Duncan he saw a bloody flying dagger pointing towards the king’s chamber. The dagger symbolized the bloody course Mac Beth was about to embark on, yet he went through the murder with the help of his wife Lady Mac Beth.
The next victim on Mac Beth’s destructive path was Banquo. Mac Beth did not care if Banquo had a son or if he was his former friend, he was determined to do anything to become king. After the murder Mac Beth was shocked to see a ghost of Banquo sitting on a chair at a feast. Banquo’s ghost kept reminding Mac Beth of the evil deed he committed by murdering his former friend.
Yet, Mac Beth was not the only person who experienced strangle hallucinations. Lady Mac Beth starts sleepwalking and believes that her hands are stained with blood and cannot be washed away with water. It is evident that both Lady Mac Beth and her husband are having strange hallucination due to guilt. Their evil deeds have come back to haunt them; showing the reader that karma will always catch up to you.
It seems as if the witches prophecies in the beginning of the tragedy shaped the rest of the story. Mac Beth’s quest to become king was ambitious; he was willing to kill anyone if he felt like the past was catching up to him. Mac Beth’s ambition became all he knew, the only thing that he would pay attention to. After witnessing the flying dagger and Banquo’s ghost, the supernatural becomes reality. Guilt possesses Mac Beth and forces to believe that his secret is going to be revealed. These hallucinations drove Mac Beth crazy, eventually leading to his own death. Ambition without any checking will only lead to corruption as it lead to Mac Beth’s downfall.

Personification Essay

Personification- Hurricane
I am one of the most destructive things in human nature. My ability to cause damage is inevitable. People may run, people may hide but they cannot hide from my wrath. My presence is immense, my season is to be feared for 100 days. I love the warm waters, and the warm waters love me. Anyone who says they're not afraid during my time is either a fool or a liar, or a little bit of both. I am the great and almighty HURRICANE.
I may come in all shapes, the bigger I am the more damage I may cause. The warmer the waters then the bigger and hungrier I will become. My eye is located in the middle, it is the nucleus of my body. Here, I am the strongest, the most dangerous place that people hope are not around when I touch land.
I am full of anger. My strong winds destroy cars, houses, electricity posts, and many more objects. I am the reason why governors and presidents have to spend more money for reliefs. I block out the happy weather, there is no sun to be found when I am around. My lightning rays and thunder scare people, my thunder is me screaming. Seeing people scream and hide is my pleasure, especially when someone jumps when I scream.
I know I have done my job once I am on the news even after I have made my way through land. The after effect of my wrath of destruction is long lasting. I am also very expensive, I have the ability to make the U.S economy even worse. Although people think I am purely evil I am not. I have the ability to teach people important life lessons. Future parents will be able to tell their kids about this experience and teach their kids to appreciate life. Individuals will have a new start, the lessons they learn right now will make them a better person overall. All thanks to me, not only do I bring an end to things I also make way for new beginnings. After the storm comes sunshine, unfortunately.

Thesis for 1500 word essay

Obesity these days is increasing more in children than it is in adults. This fact is just astonishing, it is suppose to be the other way around. These kids are the future of our society and they are being out in danger of dying at an earlier age. I believe that it is our parents’ responsibility to take better care of us starting at a young age. Our parents are the two people that influence us the most, especially when we are kids! Parents these days are just looking for anything to blame for their mistakes instead of admitting them and trying to fix them. It is not the companies fault for trying to make money, afterall, it is the parents’ fault for buying the high calorie junk food for their children. The percentage rate of diabetes in children has been increasing gradually over the past ten years. Now that is an astonishing fact! The fact that companies target kids to make them want their food does make a parents’ job harder, but who said being a parent would be easy? Fast food companies are well aware of the fact that some parents are not as responsible as others and they will target those parents. As they succeed to exploit irresponsible parents the more the kids just keep coming and then, “hello diabetes!”
